Μετά το κλείσιμο της γραμμής της Νέας Υόρκης νωρίτερα από το προγραμματισμένο, κι άλλες ακυρώσεις έρχονται να εδραιώσουν την όχι και τόσο αξιόπιστη φήμη που θέλει να χτίσει η αεροπορική εταιρεία.

Σε σημερινή της ανακοίνωση αναφέρεται:
"Important announcement:
GW 412 JFK - ATH for August 11' 2015 has been cancelled due to operational reasons. We ask all passengers to please call the following numbers for the re protection of your flights as of 9 am!
USA : 1-855-781-8585

We sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience this has caused your travel plans!"

Χαρακτηριστικά είναι και τα σχόλια ομογενών (πιθανώς) κάτω από τις ανακοινώσεις για τις ακυρώσεις των πτήσεων στην επίσημη σελίδα της εταιρείας στο facebook, με δεικτηκά σχόλια.

-"August 4 2015 JFK to Athens 412 for my wife cancelled without any call,email....August 11 2015 Athens to JFK 411 for my wife & 2 kids cancelled without any call,email..............you call this customer service? Whatever is happening with the Greek economy,when you operate an airline you have to have your customers FIRST CLASS in your mind,they pay to fly,they pay to support your airline"

-" Call your GW412-GW411 passengers for August & September that you shut down the JFK-Athens flights for operational reasons and go to sleep.Before you go to sleep make the re arrangements so they can fly back home"
