Usage
Returns the length of the first word (i.e. the number of characters before the first space) if that word is one of the ship prefixes listed in the template code; returns 0 otherwise. For example:
- {{Ship prefix|HMS Victory}} returns 3 ("HMS" is listed)
- {{Ship prefix|German battleship Tirpitz}} returns 0 ("German" is not listed)
For use in Template:Infobox ship begin, for italicizing titles of ship articles.
