Το Celebrity APEX κατασκευάστηκε το 2020 στα ναυπηγεία Chantiers de l’ Atlantique στο St Nazaire της Γαλλίας.Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσεi στην πλήρη χωρητικότητα 3405 επιβάτες ενω το πλήρωμα του αποτελείται απο 1320 άτομα με τους αξιωματικούς γέφυρας και μηχανής να είναι κυρίως Έλληνες. .Έχει μήκος 306 μέτρα και πλάτος 39 μέτρα.
